These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jayaj9 platform, including all betting, casino, slots, and payment services available to registered players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Each player is permitted one jayaj9 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent a restriction — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited without notice.
All promotional bonuses issued by jayaj9 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover is completed. jayaj9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus issued in error.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. jayaj9 will never ask for your full password by email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access promptly.
All transactions on jayaj9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited within 30 seconds. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to KYC clearance. Minimum deposit is ৳200; minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
jayaj9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on suspended markets, or after an event has concluded. In cases of system errors that generate an incorrect outcome or payout, jayaj9 will correct the balance to the amount that should have been awarded under normal operating conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jayaj9 website, creating a player account, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional terms.

jayaj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jayaj9 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Account Registration & Eligibility
Registration on jayaj9 is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. jayaj9 reserves the right to verify these criteria at any stage and to close accounts that do not satisfy them.
To register and maintain an active jayaj9 account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity)
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Not be self-excluded or permanently banned from jayaj9
- Not be operating on behalf of a third party
- Not have had a previous jayaj9 account terminated for cause
Registration Information: You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number during registration. All information must match your government-issued identity documentation.
Verification: jayaj9 applies KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or driving licence alongside proof of address not older than three months. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first withdrawal request will result in temporary account suspension.
Account Updates: You are obligated to keep your account information current. Notify jayaj9 of any change in contact details, address, or payment method by updating your profile or contacting support.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jayaj9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayaj9 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond jayaj9's control.
Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank internet banking, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
Credit Speed: Mobile financial service deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited within approximately 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
Currency: All deposits are received and held in BDT. jayaj9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transaction received in a foreign currency will be declined.
Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits are enforced immediately when reduced. Increased limits require a 24-hour review period.
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take longer pending KYC review.
KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds under any circumstances.
Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, for anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on account tier and KYC status. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard. VIP members may access elevated withdrawal thresholds as a programme benefit.
Bonus Terms & Promotions
jayaj9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal event bonuses tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, communicated at the time of the offer. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Betting Rules & Casino Game Terms
These rules apply to all wagers placed on the jayaj9 sportsbook and to all real-money play on jayaj9 casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and virtual sports. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions.
Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid until a confirmation number has been issued by the jayaj9 system. Bets placed after an event or market has closed are automatically void regardless of the odds displayed.
Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds recorded at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to settlement.
In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension and removal without notice, particularly following significant in-game events. jayaj9 accepts no liability for the inability to place an in-play bet due to market suspension.
Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required period of play, all bets will be voided and stakes returned in full to the player's wallet.
Settlement: Results are settled based on official scores and outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL board, FIFA). jayaj9 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of a result.
RNG Certification: All slot and virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from regulated software providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or jayaj9.
Live Casino: Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or spin in progress will be settled according to the provider's standard disconnection policy.
Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction — including display errors, software crashes, or incorrect game outcome rendering — the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. Any winnings generated during a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
Maximum Win Cap: jayaj9 may apply a maximum single-session win cap on promotional play. Where such a cap applies, it will be stated clearly in the relevant offer terms. Real-money non-promotional winnings are not subject to a cap except where stated by the game provider.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jayaj9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Account Closure & Termination
Either party may close a jayaj9 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Voluntary closure by the player and involuntary closure by jayaj9 are governed by different procedures and have different consequences for outstanding balances and pending bets.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the jayaj9 support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure is completed, jayaj9 will:
- Settle or void any pending bets in accordance with Section 6
- Process any eligible outstanding withdrawal to your verified payment method
- Confirm that no active bonus wagering requirement remains (any incomplete bonus will be forfeited)
Account closure does not erase your personal data. jayaj9 retains player records for a minimum of five years in accordance with its data retention obligations. You may submit a Subject Access Request or data erasure request under the Privacy Policy subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

jayaj9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if jayaj9 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:
- The player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct listed in Section 7
- The player has provided false or misleading registration information
- The player is under 18 years of age
- The account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal financial activity
- The player has violated any applicable law or regulation
- Continued operation of the account creates unacceptable financial, legal, or reputational risk for jayaj9
In cases of involuntary closure for cause, jayaj9 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.
jayaj9 will provide written notice of involuntary closure to the registered email address where it is legally permissible to do so. In cases involving active criminal investigations, notice may be deferred.
Limitation of Liability & General Provisions
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayaj9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jayaj9's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability: jayaj9 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. jayaj9 accepts no liability for losses attributed to planned or unplanned downtime.
Intellectual Property: All content on the jayaj9 platform — including logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, and software — is the property of jayaj9 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any jayaj9 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact the jayaj9 support team in the first instance. jayaj9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support escalation, it may be referred to an independent mediation process.
